1. How difficult is it to install the water cooler and do I need a plumber? Answer: It is recommended that a plumber be used to install all of our water coolers ( except the Elegant model if you decide to use it has a portable cooler and don't plan to hook to the cold water line ) as you will be connecting the unit directly into your cold water line. However, for a plumber, it is an easy installation job and shouldn't be too costly. All water coolers come with instructions and must be strictly followed to insure that no damage is done to the unit during installation. If you or the plumber have any questions about the installation, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-806-1875 and we will help you with any questions you may have. 2. How many people at a given time can use the water cooler effectively? Answer: Our bottleless water coolers are perfect for up to 10 people at any given time, such as in a good size family home or in a small office break room. The reason for this is that if a large group of people use the cold water all at the same time, the cold water reserve tank will empty and will take about 20 minutes to cool back down from room temp. The same goes for the hot water also. If the water cooler is to be used in an area where a very large number of people would be using it at the same time, it is recommended that multiple units be installed according to the number of people needing to use the cooler. Most big companies do this and we have extra discounts for large orders. 3. What do you call a large enough order to qualify for extra discounts? Answer: We already have very competitive prices for our bottleless water coolers, but we want to help our customers even more if they purchase a certain quantity of units. We consider a purchase of three units or more as a large order and will provide extra discounts to the already low price we offer. The amount of extra discount depends on the numbers of units ordered, the more water coolers ordered the higher the discount. To ask about this discount, either email us with what you want to order or call us and we will determine your discount for you. 4. Can I pay for my order without using a credit card? Answer: Yes. You can also make your payment with either a check or money order. Please contact us for instruction details. 5. How long will it take to get my order? Answer: Once we receive your order, we process it and it usually takes two to three business days before it ships, this is due to a small test done on the unit to insure everything is working correctly. Our water coolers are very rarely on back order but sometimes they may be on back order due to out of stock parts, in this case, we will have the site updated with that info. Your order will ship out of Atlanta Ga. either by FedEx or Old Dominion trucking, small orders usually ship FedEx and larger orders by Old Dominion trucking company. The number of days for ground shipping will vary depending on your location to the origin of Atlanta Ga. 6. What if there is something wrong with my water cooler when I receive it? Answer: Sometimes things can happen during shipping that cause damage to your cooler, if you receive your water cooler and there is something wrong with the unit, just give us a call and we will work to fix whatever problem you have. There is a one year warranty on all components of your water cooler, except for damage caused by the customer due to misuse, accident or faulty installation. 7. How often do the filters in the
water cooler need to be changed?
